Billing for Email Meter Pro and Teams

Email Meter Pro

We accept all major debit and credit cards, as we process our payments through Stripe.

Yearly Billing

Premium is charged at 15$ dollars per mailbox, per month billed yearly and automatically renews every year unless cancelled.

Your billing cycle is set as 1 year from the day you sign up, so if for example you purchase a Pro account on the 15th of October 2019, your billing cycle would run until the 15th of October 2020, which is when you would be billed again.

You save 48$ for the year by choosing this billing cycle!

Monthly Billing

Pro is charged at 19$ dollars per mailbox, per month billed monthly and automatically renews every month unless cancelled.

Your billing cycle is set as 1 month from the day you sign up, so if for example you purchase a Pro account on the 15th of October, your billing cycle would run until the 15th of November, which is when you would be billed again.

If you cancel your account, you will not be charged again at the end of your billing cycle, and will be able to continue enjoying the benefits of Email Meter Pro until then.

Teams

When you send an invitation to someone to add them as a team member, the price of 15$/19$ (depending on billing cycle) per team member is pro-rated to the end of the current billing cycle. Once this invitation is accepted, the user will have access to Pro features, and you will be able to analyse their data as part of your Team.

Example: If you sign up for Premium on the 5th of April, your billing cycle is set to renew on the 5th of May.

If you invite a Team Member on the 10th of April, the cost would be prorated until the 5th of May (19$, divided by 30 = 0.63$, times number of days remaining until end of billing cycle (25) = 15.75$).

On the 5th of May, you would be charged for your Pro account, and your 1 Team Member, for a total of 38$.

If you cancel an invitation while it is pending, the amount will be credited to your Email Meter account - this will then be applied as discount from your next bill.

For example:

I sign up to Pro (19$), and send 2 invites to add 2 members to my Team, and pay 38$ (2 x 19$). Total Charge is 57$.
1 user accepts, and becomes an active member of my Team.
I cancel the other invitation, and 19$ is credited to my Email Meter account - when my next billing cycle charge comes, it will discounted. So if I don't invite any more Team members, and my billing cycle reaches its renewal, the charge would be 19$ for my Pro account, 19$ for my active team member, and a discount of 19$ for the cancelled invitation, meaning I would be charged 19$ total.
