You can track your progress to see if your response times are improving or getting slower.

Hover your mouse over any week in the chart to show the specific response time for that week.

You will see an insight below to help you understand how you are doing.

You can export this metric using the option menu in the top right of the chart.

You must have at least 2 weeks of data for this metric to display
