These charts will show you the number of sent and received messages each day of the report period, so you can see when there has been a spike in activity - You can highlight any point to see the specific numbers on both charts for that day.

Whenever you have a large influx of emails, or have a particularly productive day in terms of outgoing mail, this chart can let you gauge how much more you did than usual, or notice any effect which changes to your workflow, staffing or environment could be having.
