Busiest Hours

Below there is a highlight with your productivity peak, which when you either send or receive the most messages, is shown.

This is a great metric to see when your at your busiest, both from incoming emails or from sending emails to other people. It can help you plan when to assign more staff to answer emails, and see when you are at your most productive.
