This shows the mean average of the time in hours and minutes which was taken to send the first response to emails throughout the filtered period.

This is a great metric to see how long your clients (or anyone else who expects a reply from you) are waiting for you to respond, and allows you to track your progress when trying to improve, and see if you are keeping to any agreed SLA.
