# Who can install Email Meter Free?

Email Meter can be installed by the Gmail/Google Workspace or Outlook/ Microsoft 365 user who has access to the email account via username and password. 

This ensures Email Meter is only installed by authorized users.

**Email Meter can be used with any version of Gmail/Google Workspace or Outlook/Microsoft 365.**

Email Meter _cannot_  be installed by a delegated user (because they do not access the account via username/password) or an unauthorized user.
