# Response Time Trends

## This metric measures changes in your response time week-by-week in the time covered by the report period.

You can track your progress to see if your response times are improving or getting slower. 

Hover your mouse over any week in the chart to show the specific response time for that week.

You will see an insight below to help you understand how you are doing.
