# How do you determine best contact time?


###### Best contact time is the time of the day when the recipient sends you the most emails.

For example, you may send [bob@example.com](mailto:bob@example.com) several emails at different times of the day, but [bob@example.com](mailto:bob@example.com) usually replies at 8:00am. 

In that case, the report would show that the best contact time would be 8am, because that's the time when [bob@example.com](mailto:bob@example.com) seems to be viewing his inbox, and is thus more likely to  reply.
