# Emails Replied

## These charts track both the number of sent emails which have received a reply, and the number of received emails which you have sent a reply to.

This metric serves to track your response rate to emails which you receive, and the response rate of the emails which you are sending to others.

*   If you want to track the number of your sent emails which are being responded to, for example if you are looking to track engagement from an email campaign which you are sending out, you can use the Sent chart to see the response rate of your recipients.

*   If you are looking to ensure that you reply to as many emails as possible (especially in an inbox where almost every email should be replied to or archived/deleted, such as in a customer service inbox), you can use the Received chart to make sure your response rate is adequate.
